• SISMID looked through more 2015 Drake/Rohani notes and R code
• gss worked on poster, included barchart with livestock densities and n
• lab looked into getting spectrometer setup

things I should do tomorrow

• gss finalize poster with Ruth, fix beer order, cash checks
• peru double check final shipping date from Lima early in AM
• mycoplasma measure out DNA aliquots, look into shipping logistics
• batleuk keep at introduction

things I should do right before/after GSS

• lab get spectrometer set up for BKA, finish 2015 slides
• bartonella send PCR+ to sequence
