status for May 4

things I did today

• landgene presented DDIG proposal, done with classes forever
• provphylo figured out why the loop kept crashing, analyses mostly done
• bartonella round 1 gltA PCR, finished DNA extractions, made 1X TAE
• postdoc more emails
• peru checked with Jorge about Loreto and planed for two weeks

things I should do tomorrow

• provphylo move forward on revising the introduction, more clear hypotheses, redo statistical methods and start results
• bartonella round 2 gltA PCR, run new gel system with Paola
• peru check in with INS about exportation permit
