• bartonella round 2 gltA PCR, ran samples on gel

things I should do tomorrow

• bartonella run PCR 1 and PCR 2 on gel to compare bands
• peru check in with INS about exportation permit

main foci for next week

• provphylo move forward on revising the introduction, more clear hypotheses, redo statistical methods and start results
• bartonella redo AMA/CAJ few with neg control, complete PCR and gel on majority of samples
