status for October 18

things I did today

• bka prepped PBS in 10 mL vials, pulled ~80 samples for Wednesday assays
• peru met with Sonia about sample numbers and lab priorities
• provphylo incorporated Sonia & Daniel edits and submitted
• postdoc cleaned up CV, sent some emails

things I should do tomorrow

• bka do plate 1 early, check at 12 hrs and do plate 2
• bathg get feedback from lab & start incorporating edits
• postdoc send emails, start NIH ID, begin project outline
• isotope prep more hair samples
