• bka two assay plates completed, ~70 samples done
• bathg got some feedback from lab
• postdoc confirmed NIH ID in place
• isotope finished prepping Loreto 2016 samples for CAIS
• lab read and edited Andre's project report introduction
• mycoplasma read and edited Dmitriy and Nicole's manuscript
• sicb2017 applied for student support & registration waiver

things I should do tomorrow

• bka enter data and run numbers on plate, freeze, and hold time effects
• bathg incorporate lab/coauthor edits and sent to Daniel & Sonia
• lab meet with Andre about report introduction, prep DNA kits for Ceci
• postdoc finish project outline
